At Ledger & Light, we provide trust accounting and bookkeeping for solo and small law firms across Florida.

Founder Audrey Rudolph has managed law firm trust accounts for 15 years: 13 as office manager, paralegal, and bookkeeper at a Florida law firm, and the last two for firms through Ledger & Light. At the firm, she oversaw the trust and operating accounts and processed more than 500 transactions a month.

Ledger & Light brings that experience to firms that don't have someone like her in-house. Audrey is a retired Florida Registered Paralegal, a notary public, and a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and has completed more than 30 cleanup projects to date.

Every client works directly with Audrey. We maintain the records and reconciliations Chapter 5 requires; your firm keeps the compliance decisions and certifies with confidence.
